    1. Turn off the power to receiver as well as transmitters B & C before you get started.
    2. Power on transmitter B and reset it by clicking the top button for 10 times. A flashing 605.000 channel number shows up if you reset transmitter B proper.
    3. The same goes for transmitter C. But what appears on transmitter is the flashing 584.000 channel.
    4. When they are still flashing, switch on receiver. Pay a bit attention here if its RF B & C lights will blink for 3 times before the last step.
    5. Click the top buttons of both transmitter B & C, resulting in pairing successfully.

How long is the battery life?

It depends on what kind of batteries you use. The most common ones last for 4 hours normally. And the screen displays the power of the battery. When power runs low, the screen will also flash.

How can I avoid hissing?

Before the setup, turn down the volume control of speaker.

When plugging receiver in, do not place the mic directly in front of speaker.

During the use, a)slowly adjust the volume setting of speaker. b)Instead of speaker, please direct the microphone to your mouth for loud and clear sound. c)And keep the mic at least 9 feet away from speaker for perfect effect.

Can I switch the mics to different mics with this system if the original mics are broken?

Sorry no. Even we send you a replaced mic, it still won’t work with your K036 receiver. Because the frequencies of the mics are pre-set with the receiver. Though the Fifine single mic system with 1/4″ receiver is perfect to serve as the third mic option.

1.Re-plug USB cable to microphone to make sure the connection is firm.

2.Restart computer and re-plug the mic into the other USB port.

3.If the mic still doesn’t work, we will send you a new cable to replace. Because the problem may lie in the USB connector.

Can I use the other USB cable with this USB microphone?

We don’t recommend to do so. But if the cable is of high quality, you can try to test it out.

What to do if I hear no sound through the headphone jack of the mic.

At the time, the output device is no more built-in speaker of computer. So you just need to make sure the output setting of computer is select as USB Audio Device and the volume is not muted. Then you will hear the sound from the headphone jack of the mic.
