What if I want to cancel the order after payment?

It not be able to be canceled prior to shipment. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us (the contact info can be found in the Contact Us page).

When will my order ship?

We process your order as soon as we receive it, which takes less than 18 hours. Normally, we maintain inventory of all products in the USA warehouse, but occasionally an item may be back ordered. At the time, you will receive an email about the time when item will be available or you can proceed to cancel the order.

How can I get tracking number?

Click “Login/Register”→”Orders”→”View”. If the item is being shipped, you will see the tracking number under “Order Updates”.

What is your return policy?

Fifine offers Free Returns within 7 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, then please contact our email. We will gladly give you the refund

How do I request a return?
Below are the procedures to return a product

1.Contacted our email with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.).

2.We email you back instructions for returning and a Return number.

3.Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.

Return Terms
  • Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
  • Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
  • Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?

After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective product, please contact our email for assistance.

Damaged Items

If the order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions. If you dispose of packaging material, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive the return.

Limits of Responsibility

We take no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. Though you still can email us for assistance on repairing or replacing components.

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in Fifine store are not refundable.
