When you receive the correct transmitter, you still have to pair it with the FIFINE receiver that you have already been using. Find the model of yours and follow the tutorial video to pair the new transmitter with the old receiver.

Order Policy
The time for order processing is 18 hours except for weekends and holidays. So if you want to cancel the order, you shall reach out to us within the 18-hour period. Otherwise, we may not be able do the cancelation. The contact info can be found in the Contact Us page.
Your order will be processed as soon as the system confirms your order. Except for weekends and holidays, you will get the shipment notification of your order in less than 18 hours. At that period, you can also choose to cancel the order by contacting us.
You will receive a notification email or message including the tracking number and info after the package was shipped out. If you do not get the tracking number three days after your order, please contact us to confirm the order status.
Shipping Policy
We are sorry that we have not been able to provide global shipping yet. Our delivery service only reach some countries for the moment. If you do not find the shipping method to your country under checkout page, you can reach us out at service@fifinemic.com to request the shipment and we will see if we can find one for you.
Considering the value of the components and the shipping cost, in most cases, your package will be carried by the post office service of your own country. If there is a need for faster shipment method, please contact us to confirm your requirement.
Since the shipment takes off only from FIFINE's factory in China, and the limited speed of the post office service based on the cost, you may expect the delivery not less than a month. From our past experience, the shipping may take even four months because of the distance, international and climate issue, and etc.
