A: Please note that FIFINE warranty policy does not cover accessory. Only if it is a defective accessory that will not work right out of box, it will be repaired or replaced without cost on your side.

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective product, please contact our email for assistance.
Damaged Items
If the order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions. If you dispose of packaging material, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive the return
